Fits Harley-Davidson ’99-later Twin Cam models equipped with 4.060″ cylinders and Screamin Eagle MVA, 110+ or ACR Performance Cylinder Heads. ’99-’06 models also require appropriate Screamin Eagle 4-3/8″ Stroker Flywheel and Rod Assembly. Does not fit Twin-Cooled models. All EFI models require ECM calibration* (priced separately). For race application only.
