A perfect way to protect your motorcycle from dusty, pollutants, and scratches is to use a cover. But you say you park your bike in the garage, so you don’t need one? Think again. In-garage protection is a must, too, because natural and anthropogenic aerosols are brought into the garage by your car, like water, salt, other air pollutants, and street chemicals – all of which are harmful to the bike’s paint and chrome finished parts as they evaporite from your car and precipitate onto your bike. Not good. The cover fits the VRSC, XG, XL, XR, Dyna, Softail, Touring and Freewheeler Models. The cover is Orange/Black with Harley-Davidson® graphics, and is designed for indoor use. Made with breathable polyester, the cover promotes air circulation while blocking particulates in order to reduce moisture build-up and to minimize corrosion during short or long term storage. The skirt features front and rear adjustable drawstrings to cinch the cover around the bike, and there is a convenient belly strap to reduce ballooning in the wind when the garage door is open. The corset-style cinching system along the backbone adjusts for best fit and the hook-and-loop opening at the rear accommodates antennas. The cover also features a convenient opening near the front wheel for a security chain or cable, and internal pockets that accept the optional Cover Alarm (P/N 69000038). Reflective piping has been added to the design for added visibility. The cover comes with an integrated storage pouch for convenient packing when not in use. The cover has a one year limited warranty. NOTE: H-D® motorcycle covers are not designed to be used while trailering.
