Description
Hylomar Gasket and Thread Sealant is the non-setting sealing compound recommended by Harley-Davidson for holding gaskets in place during engine and transmission assembly. It remains flexible, resists oil, fuel and coolant, and allows components to be disassembled cleanly later.
The blue compound can also be used as a thread sealant on fasteners where a non-hardening seal is required. Supplied in a 100 g (3.5 oz) squeeze tube – one tube per pack.
Fitment: Universal workshop consumable for all Harley-Davidson models. Refer to the service manual for where Hylomar is specified.
