Description
A genuine Harley-Davidson SEMS-type fastener: a hex socket (Allen) head screw supplied with a captive washer already fitted to the shank, so the washer cannot be lost or left out during assembly. SEMS screws are used throughout H-D models where a secure, vibration-resistant fastening is needed.
